Introducing the Health Dashboard: A new way to activate preventive and condition-specific care
Helping people take action before health concerns become more serious is one of the most effective ways to improve workforce health. Preventive care plays a critical role in early detection, chronic condition management, and long-term wellbeing.
Even when people know which screenings or preventive services are recommended, busy schedules, competing priorities, or uncertainty about what comes next can delay action. That's why we're introducing two new enhancements to the Navigate experience for 2027, designed to make preventive care easier to understand, prioritize, and complete.
Together, the new Preventive Care Spotlight communications and the Health Dashboard create a more connected experience that helps participants know what to do next—and gives them support to follow through.

Beginning in 2027, the Navigate Engagement Series will include Preventive Care Spotlight articles delivered throughout the year. These personalized communications provide participants with timely education based on age and gender recommendations, helping them better understand the preventive services that matter most to them.Topics may include:
Annual physical exams
Colorectal cancer screenings
Mammograms
Bone density screenings
Well-woman visits
Prostate cancer screenings
Eye exams
Dental visits
And other recommended preventive services
Each Spotlight is designed to help participants understand:
Which preventive screenings are recommended for them
Why those screenings matter
When they should be completed
How early detection supports better long-term health
Common questions or barriers that often prevent people from taking action
Rather than overwhelming participants with information, these communications deliver the right guidance at the right time, helping preventive care feel more manageable and actionable.
To further support preventive care engagement, we are excited to introduce the Health Dashboard - an innovative new experience designed to help participants better understand, track, and manage their preventive care needs. The Health Dashboard, included in Total Health, and available to be added to Optimized, brings preventive care and condition management together in one centralized, personalized experience.
Participants can personalize their dashboard experience by self-reporting health conditions or indicating preventive care needs directly within the platform. For example, an individual with a family history of breast cancer may choose to add mammogram recommendations prior to age 40 based on guidance from their healthcare provider.
Each care item within the dashboard includes:
The dashboard allows participants to document upcoming appointments, record completed activities, and customize follow-up intervals based on recommendations from their healthcare provider when appropriate.
This connected experience also powers personalized communications. Participants receive timely reminders and educational messages based on where they are in their preventive care journey, helping ensure that recommended screenings and healthcare activities remain top of mind.
By combining education, personalized recommendations, progress tracking, and targeted outreach, the Health Dashboard makes it easier than ever for participants to take action and stay engaged in their health.
The Health Dashboard and Preventive Care Spotlight articles will be available beginning in 2027 as part of Navigate's continued investment in helping clients improve workforce health through personalized engagement and connected care experiences.
